How the 12 weeks unfold.

Optimize & Sustain (Weeks 9–12)

In the final phase, we refine your plan and focus on long-term success.

During this phase, we focus on:

  • Fine-tuning Supporting long-term metabolic health

  • nutrition and lifestyle habits

  • Building consistency and confidence

  • Creating a plan you can maintain beyond the program

This phase ensures that the progress you’ve made is sustainable and continues long after the program ends.
