I’m Rhonda Bell, a Registered Nurse dedicated to helping women improve their health through practical, sustainable lifestyle changes.
My passion for this work is both professional and personal. In 2016, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent four surgeries over the course of two years, including a total hysterectomy at age 48. This placed me into menopause overnight and gave me firsthand experience with the challenges many women face—fatigue, weight changes, sleep disruption, and feeling unlike themselves.
That experience changed the way I view health.
Throughout my nursing career, I have seen many women struggle with similar symptoms, often being told their labs are “normal,” yet they don’t feel well. I knew there had to be a better way to support the body beyond symptom management.
That led me to functional wellness and a focus on metabolic health.
At Bell Functional Health, I work with women of all ages to improve metabolism through nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and foundational lifestyle changes. My approach is rooted in understanding how the body functions as a whole and addressing the underlying factors that impact energy, weight, hormones, and overall well-being.
I believe lasting health comes from consistent, personalized changes—not quick fixes.
My goal is to provide a clear, supportive path forward so you can feel better, regain your energy, and take control of your health.
